Backlink Yard provides manual, human-led link building and backlink outreach services. Each campaign involves research, prospect verification, and personalized outreach to relevant publishers. The specific scope of each service is described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. No Ranking Guarantees

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and the state of your website. Backlink Yard does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic increase, or search result position. We commit to delivering the outreach and placement work described in each campaign, not to a specific ranking outcome.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including a valid website, target page, and a legitimate email address that you monitor. Campaign updates and reports are sent to the email provided. Providing false or incomplete information may delay or prevent us from delivering your campaign.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full before a campaign begins. Any third-party publisher fees, if applicable, are disclosed before approval.

5. Refunds

Because our work begins with research and outreach shortly after purchase, refunds are available only if you request cancellation before we have started work on your campaign. Once outreach has begun, payments are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected].

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for websites involving illegal content, spam, malware, adult content without disclosure, or any activity that violates applicable laws or search engine guidelines. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any campaign that conflicts with these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backlink Yard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including changes in search rankings or the removal of placements by third-party publishers or search engines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
